IRS officer Sameer Wankhede has submitted a complaint with Mumbai Police demanding action against an RTI activist stating that a video uploaded by him on the Cordelia cruise case is prima facie defamatory.

It was alleged that the accountant member had acquired assets to the tune of Rs 3.51 crore which were disproportionate to his known sources of income.
