A Holi celebration in Relakayalapalli village, Khammam district, turned violent when the sarpanch’s husband, Bansi, was attacked with boiling water by miscreants. He sustained burn injuries but is reported to be stable.
The incident occurred near the BRS Atmeeya Sammelanam venue, reportedly after party workers burst firecrackers while welcoming BRS MP Nama Nageswara Rao and MLA Ramulu Naik to the venue.
