With only 55 per cent of enumeration forms digitised in Patancheru, MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy has launched an awareness campaign using autos fitted with loudspeakers to encourage voters to submit SIR forms amid concerns over a sharp decline in the electorate.
Police reported that one of the injured individuals was in critical condition. The injured were identified as residents of Singarajanahalli in Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh.
"All public celebrations are banned on streets like MG Road, Church Street, Brigade Road and Koramangala in Bengaluru where people in large numbers gather on New Year's Eve.
