Indian Railways has approved Rs 170 crore for deploying Kavach 4.0 across 712 route kilometres in Moradabad Division. South Central Railway has exceeded its Kavach 4.0 trial targets, covering 487 route km. It also expanded Automatic Block Signalling across key sections, enhancing train safety and capacity while reducing the risk of collisions across multiple railway routes.
