The Khairatabad Ganesh Utsav Committee has unveiled the theme for the city's iconic 69-foot Ganesh idol as Panchamukha Sankatahara Maha Ganapati. Construction commenced with Karra Puja, and over 100 workers will craft the eco-friendly idol ahead of Ganesh Chaturthi.
The eco-friendly Khairatabad Ganesh Shobha Yatra began at 8 am on Saturday with special pooja and slogans of ‘Ganapathi Bappa Morya.’ The procession moved towards NTR Garden amid heavy police security, with immersion expected by noon.
