The Telangana government will provide double-bedroom houses to families displaced during lake restoration works in Hyderabad. Hydraa officials have begun identifying eligible beneficiaries using satellite data, following Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s directive to ensure justice to affected residents
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority has procured a Rs 2.87 crore amphibious excavator to support lake restoration works, including desilting, dredging and weed removal. The machine will also assist in managing idol immersions during major festivals.
