Actor-politician Vijay will address TVK’s General Council in Mamallapuram today, marking his first public statement since the Karur stampede that killed 41 people. The meeting will chart the party’s roadmap for the 2026 Assembly elections.
He also said the atomic power reactor of Madras Atomic Power Station (MAPS) belonging to Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL) will generate power if everything pertaining to the grid is normal.
