A day after filing a police complaint against his brother and actor Manchu Vishnu over the alleged theft of his car, Manchu Manoj arrived at the family residence in Jalpally on the outskirts of Hyderabad. However, he was denied entry and was seen sitting in front of the locked gate.
The actors had approached the court seeking relief from notices issued to them under Section 126 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, which pertains to potential breaches of public peace.
Addressing the media, Manoj expressed his regret, saying, "My father's actions towards the media deeply hurt me, and I sincerely apologize to all my friends in the media for this incident. My father is my life and has always been like a God to me. However, he was misled by Vinay, a friend of my brother, who painted me as an adversary. My wife, Mounika, and I recently launched a toy company, and they even created hurdles for us in that venture."
