The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has adopted Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyse over 6.5 lakh complaints and 1.2 million tanker bookings. Officials said the initiative will help identify high-demand areas and streamline water supply.
