Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy laid the foundation for a Rs 157 crore modern goshala at Yenkapally in Moinabad. Developed by HMDA on 99 acres, the facility will house 1,000 cows and include solar power, biogas plants, and veterinary infrastructure.
