NCERT has decided to restore the original image of the iconic Mohenjo-daro ‘Dancing Girl’ in its Class 9 Arts textbook, replacing the modified version that had triggered criticism over its “clothed” depiction. The move comes after a debate over the representation of historical artefacts in school textbooks
