Defining the 'same line of business', Sebi said at least 50 per cent of revenue from the operations of the listed holding and listed subsidiary company must come from the same line of business, said SEBI.
Amazon had moved the apex court on April 8 challenging the Delhi High Court's division bench order that had vacated a stay on Kishore Biyani-led Future Group.
"The company has filed an appeal before the High Court of Delhi against the impugned order dated March 18, 2021 passed by Single Judge,” said Future Retail.
