Olympic gold medallist Neeraj Chopra says the Neeraj Chopra Classic is more than a competition—it’s a platform where history is made. He urges fans to witness India’s rise as world-class javelin throwers compete on Indian soil for global glory.
Tickets for the Classic are priced between Rs. 199 and Rs. 9,999, ensuring affordability for fans across all segments. For a premium viewing experience, five corporate boxes—each with a capacity of 15 guests—have been set up at the North End of the stadium, with pricing at Rs. 44,999.
"Given everything that has unfolded over the past 48 hours regarding the invitation extended to Pakistan’s Olympic champion Arshad Nadeem for the inaugural Neeraj Chopra Classic in Bengaluru on May 24, his participation is now completely ruled out. For me, my country and its interests will always take top priority," 27-year-old Neeraj Chopra said in a statement.
The Chopra Classic javelin event, organized by Neeraj Chopra and JSW Sports in collaboration with the Athletics Federation of India and World Athletics, will take place in Bengaluru on May 24.
