Telangana will add over 5,000 seats in government polytechnics for 2026–27, introducing new diploma courses in emerging technologies such as AI, robotics and semiconductors. The curriculum, developed with IIT Hyderabad, aims to boost enrolment and skill development.
The data can be analysed for value addition while the Government will have a regulatory control to ensure that the privacy and security concerns are not compromised, said CEA KV Subramanian
