Jacob had got transit anticipatory bail from Bombay High Court on February 17 for three weeks, so that the accused could approach the court concerned in Delhi, where the case is lodged.

Jacob had been granted protection from arrest for three weeks by the Bombay High Court on February 17.

A Delhi court on Monday sent Ravi to one-day police custody as it said she has to be confronted with other accused in the case -- Nikita Jacob and Shantanu Muluk.

The development came after the Delhi Police contacted Jacob and Muluk over phone and issued notices, respectively.

The court, however, asked media houses to ensure that no leaked investigation material is broadcast as it could affect the probe.

The court asked the police to file an affidavit containing its submission that it has not leaked any material relating to the investigation to the media.

On Tuesday, the Bombay High Court granted transit anticipatory bail to Shantanu Muluk for 10 days.

The court in its order noted the applicant (Jacob) is a permanent resident of Mumbai and the FIR is lodged in Delhi, and the relief sought by her now is only temporary.

Ravi was arrested from Bengaluru on Saturday in connection with a protest toolkit backing the farmers' agitation.

Two others, Nikita Jacob and Shantanu were also sent non-bailable warrants in connection with the case.

The Delhi Police earlier said non-bailable warrants have been issued against Jacob and Shantanu for allegedly sharing the "toolkit" on social media.

Greta Thunberg, a teen climate activist, had shared the "toolkit" to lend her support to the farmers' agitation against the three agri laws.
