The lawsuit, filed in the Northern District of California, alleged that OpenAI used “stolen data to train and develop” its products including ChatGPT 3.5, ChatGPT 4, DALL-E, and VALL-E.

LinkedIn is rolling out this feature in a pilot in North America in English and plans to increase functionality, languages, and availability in the coming months.
In a letter Microsoft-owned OpenAI said "We regret to inform you that we have disabled ChatGPT for users in Italy at the request of the Italian Garante."
