Justice K. Lakshman of the Telangana High Court excused Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy from appearing in person for a criminal case pending before the Principal Special Judicial First Class Magistrate for Excise Cases in Hyderabad.
The outer and interior walls of the 84-year-old building took a beating with cracks and visible beams at several places besides appearing damp at places due to rain water leakage.
