Forest officials said their staffers sighted a pair of tigers moving at a stream and heard the roaring of the tigers.

Forest department officials reported that a male tiger from the Painganga Wildlife Sanctuary, spanning Nanded and Yavatmal districts, has been roaming the forests near Panapatar village in Jainoor and Thadihathnoor village in Narnoor mandal. On November 18, the tiger moved toward the forests of Narnoor.

Johnny reportedly tried to approach the female tiger but went back to the forests of Narnoor mandal for unknown reasons. It killed cattle at Chorgaon village in Narnoor mandal on Monday
