Shankarpally police arrested two members of a Pardhi gang from Maharashtra accused of a spate of thefts in locked houses across Shankarpally and nearby areas. The suspects confessed to 11 cases, including a recent burglary in Elvarthi village.
Members of the gang were equipped with lethal weapons like saws, axes and knives and they don’t hesitate to attack people if they resisted or tried to catch them,” said the ACP.
