The fatal incident occured after a private bus carrying a marriage party went out of control and crashed into a truck ahead at Rangapur village in Pargi mandal of Vikarabad district

A 2002 batch constable, Bhanu Shanker was posted at Pargi police station in Vikarabad district

The arrested persons include a sportsman from Hyderabad and three from Vikarabad district.
