A 30-year-old student from Telangana's Peddapalli district, Gitla Sai Akhil Reddy, died after reportedly falling from a building in Valencia, Spain. The circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be confirmed, while efforts are underway to bring his mortal remains home.
He was presented a gold medal and a certificate of appreciation at a programme held at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, on Saturday.
