Telangana student dies after falling from building in Spain
A 30-year-old student from Telangana's Peddapalli district, Gitla Sai Akhil Reddy, died after reportedly falling from a building in Valencia, Spain. The circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be confirmed, while efforts are underway to bring his mortal remains home.
Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a 30-year-old student from Telangana died after reportedly falling from a building in Valencia city in Spain on Sunday, leaving his family and native village in shock.
The student was identified as Gitla Sai Akhil Reddy, who hailed from Koonaram village in Kalva Srirampur mandal of Peddapalli district.
As per the information available, Sai Akhil was pursuing a hotel management course in Valencia, where he had been living for the past six months.
According to his relatives, Sai Akhil Reddy died after falling from a building. The circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be officially confirmed.
It is learnt that Sai Akhil Reddy was the only son of Gitla Subhashini Reddy and Gunakar Reddy. Though the family is originally from Koonaram, his parents are currently residing in Hyderabad.
The tragic news has pushed his family, relatives and residents of Koonaram village into mourning.
Meanwhile, efforts are reportedly underway to complete the necessary formalities to bring his mortal remains back to India at the earliest.
