Burhan Hamza, the designated terrorist behind the 2019 Pulwama suicide bombing that killed 40 CRPF personnel, has been gunned down in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Operating under ISI protection in Muzaffarabad, Hamza was ambushed despite heavy security and later died at Rawalpindi’s Combined Military Hospital.
Shah also paid homage to the martyrs of the Pulwama attack and said the country and its soldiers are safe under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
This year marks two years of the Pulwama terror attack. Pakistan-based terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) had claimed responsibility for the dastardly terror attack.
