Congress has announced seven candidates for the Rajya Sabha elections, fielding party chief Mallikarjun Kharge and Pawan Khera among others. The list includes nominees from Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan and Jharkhand ahead of polling on June 18
