The Vivekananda International Foundation hosted a discussion on Dr P V Ramana’s book “India’s Maoists: Glimpses into Red Insurgency”, examining the Maoist movement’s evolution, geographical spread and security dimensions, with speakers discussing its history, counter-insurgency efforts and changing phases.
