Russia's unmanned robot lander crashed when it entered an uncontrolled orbit, as reported by the country's space agency, Roscosmos.

The crew landed just south of the town of Dzhezkazgan, Kazakhstan, at 8.54 am Kazakhstan time, NASA said.
