Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and his Cabinet colleagues presented differing figures on welfare spending for farmers and women during a public meeting in Khammam. While the CM claimed Rs 1.70 lakh crore was spent on farm schemes, Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao pegged it at Rs 1.60 lakh crore.
