Imran Khan was arrested last month after a case was filed against him for allegedly violating the Official Secrets Act by disclosing a secret diplomatic cable (cipher) sent by the country's embassy in Washington last year in March

His tweet came after Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi expressed support to the people of India in the wake of a massive surge in COVID-19 cases.

The Foreign Minister along with the Prime Minister Imran Khan are on a two-day official visit to Sri Lanka.

Qureshi accused India of being "fearful of dialogue" because of what he called, its "state-run brutalities in Jammu & Kashmir."
