Members of the Shia community in Hyderabad observed the martyrdom of Hazrat Ali on the 20th day of Ramzan with a procession from Charminar to Darulshifa. Majlis gatherings, religious programmes, and all-night prayer sessions were organised across several localities.
The Aza Khane Zehra located at Darulshifa, Badshahi Ashurkhana at Madina Building area and the Naal-e-Mubarak Ashurkhana at Pathergatti were also cleaned and prepared.
