Ten workers were killed after a tunnel of the NHPC Teesta Stage VI Hydroelectric Project in Namchi district, Sikkim, collapsed due to a landslide. Rescue operations are ongoing as more people remain trapped. Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang confirmed Prime Minister Narendra Modi has assured all possible assistance.
