"Oracle is implementing a more flexible employee work location policy and has changed its Corporate Headquarters from Redwood City, California to Austin, Texas," a company spokesperson told CNBC on Friday.
Under the agreement announced on Monday, ECS will continue to operate with its existing leadership and staff as a wholly owned subsidiary of GlobalLogic.
