The HRDA Telangana has raised concerns over allegations of delayed stipends and inadequate infrastructure faced by MD/MS postgraduate students at a medical institute. The doctors’ body urged authorities to investigate the matter and ensure timely payments and better facilities.
The Telangana Junior Doctors Association has urged the State government to immediately release pending stipend arrears from January to June 2025. Warning of possible action, the association said delays are causing severe financial hardship for junior doctors, house surgeons, and postgraduate trainees.
Delhi HC directed that the services of professionals engaged as fellows with the Delhi Assembly Research Centre shall continue in their positions till December 6 and stipends paid to them.
