A Hyderabad resident who had travelled for Umrah was killed and three of his family members were injured during an attack on Riyadh airport in Saudi Arabia while awaiting transit. AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi confirmed the death, and urged the Centre to extend all possible assistance to the affected family.
The passenger had never travelled to Saudi Arabia or any other country in his life and this was his maiden trip that landed him in trouble, according to the family
