Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has proposed naming Hyderabad’s streets after corporate companies, breaking away from the tradition of naming them after political leaders. He also invited global universities like Harvard, Stanford and Oxford to set up campuses in the city.
The summit comes shortly after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit to the US for the Quad Leaders' Summit and the UN General Assembly (UNGA). The one-day event seeks to strengthen defense ties, advance clean energy, and ensure a free and open Indo-Pacific.
