Northern Railway has launched a special train from Jammu to Delhi to help stranded tourists and pilgrims after floods forced mass train cancellations. Relief measures, including food and shelter, were arranged for passengers stuck across Jammu region
The resumption of rail traffic provided much needed relief to hundreds of passengers including Vaishno Devi pilgrims who were left stranded at Jammu and Katra railway stations owing to the farmers' strike.
