The Veer Hanuman Jayanthi procession began from Ram Mandir in Gowliguda on Thursday, with several tributary processions joining along the 13-kilometre route. Around 3,000 police personnel were deployed to ensure security during the religious procession.
The procession, featuring the idol of Veer Hanuman in a chariot, will move through Koti, Sultan Bazaar, YMCA Narayanguda, RTC Crossroads, Gandhinagar, and Paradise before reaching Tadban by evening. Thousands of devotees are taking part in the event.
