Three people were charred to death in a road accident at Boyapalem village, Andhra Pradesh, early Wednesday when a truck collided head-on with another vehicle, igniting a consignment of papers.
The suspects Siraj, a native of Vizag in AP and Sameer, of Bhoiguda in Hyderabad were picked up after a tight surveillance was mounted on them following inputs of the duo planning terror strikes on the instructions of their handlers based in a foreign country.
