Congress MPs K C Venugopal and Hibi Eden have given notices to oppose the introduction of the Bill in the Lok Sabha. In his notice, Eden stated that he opposes the bill's presentation as it is "unconstitutional" and conflicts with the Right to Property (Article 300A), according to sources.
