The Telangana State Election Commission has announced that counting of votes from the municipal elections will begin at 8 am on Friday at designated centres. Security has been tightened, with Section 163 of the BNSS in force around counting halls.
Elaborate arrangements have been made for the second phase of gram panchayat elections across the erstwhile Karimnagar district. Polling is scheduled from 7 am to 1 pm on Sunday, with staff and materials dispatched on Saturday evening.
