Two construction workers from Jharkhand died after an Etichi loader carrying diesel barrels fell into a quarry at Pillaipally village in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district. One died on the spot while the other succumbed to injuries during treatment in Hyderabad.

Roads and Buildings Department took up road construction work to provide access to the newly built Railway Underground Bridge near the Railway Kaman.
