Medak: YS Sharmila, daughter of former Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh late YS Rajashekar Reddy, has demanded the Telangana government issue notifications for recruitment of over 3.85 lakh jobs immediately to save the lives of job seekers in the State.

“There were 1.91 lakh vacancies in Telangana and the creation of new districts took the total vacancies to 3.85 lakhs. The State government should also issue a recruitment calendar to help job aspirants plan accordingly,” she said, after a visit to Sherilla village in Veldurthi Mandal of Medak district on Wednesday to call on the family members of K Venkatesh Yadav, who reportedly committed suicide recently because he could not land a job.
