Taking up development works with CSR funds: Patancheru MLA
Sangareddy: Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy laid the foundation stone for a by-pass road at Lakdaram village of Patancheru mandal on Wednesday. The road will be built with a budget of Rs 2.4 crore. The local crushing industries have given the fund to lay the road under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The road will not only be helpful for the industries but also improve road connectivity to local villages.
Earlier, the MLA also laid the foundation stone for CC roads at Sulthanpur and Vadakpally villages of Ameenpur Mandal. Reddy also presented five tractors to Gram Panchayats in Ameenpur Mandal.
Speaking on the occasion, he said they had been working hard to provide all the infrastructure facilities in Patancheru Assembly Constituency utilising CSR funds. He said that they were also putting the constituency development funds (CDF) and Zilla Parishad funds to the best use. ZPTC Sudhakar Reddy, MPP Devanandam, MPDO Mallesham, Sarpanches Lalitha, Mallesh, Ravi, Bhaskar Goud, Pandu and others were present.
