Hyderabad: Tanla has entered a partnership with Truecaller at MWC’22, Barcelona, as part of which Truecaller Business Messaging will be powered by Tanla’s Wisely CPaaS platform, which is blockchain-enabled and secured by e2e cryptographic encryption.
Truecaller brings with it a wide range of advanced messaging capabilities and 300 million monthly active users. The partnership aims to help businesses reach out to their customers with relevant messages that include media and engaging content as well as images, videos, location pins and documents.
They will also offer benefits to businesses such as lower costs, faster deliveries, and better analytics unlike traditional SMS services. In addition, the solution is a plug-and-play cloud model, which ensures easy scalability.
