Task Force seizes 10 litres of illicit liquor in Siddipet

Acting on a tip-off, the task force intercepted Guguloth Sinu (30), a resident of Malcheruvu Thanda in Akkannapet mandal, and conducted a search of his two-wheeler at Malyala. After the search, Sinu was handed over to the Rajagopalpet police for further action.

Siddipet: Task Force personnel seized 10 litres of illicit liquor and arrested one person while he was smuggling the illicit liquor to Siddipet from Akkannapet.

Following a tip-off, the task force stopped the accused Guguloth Sinu (30), a resident of Malcheruvu Thanda in Akkannapet mandal, and checked his two-wheeler at Malyala. Later, the task force handed over Sinu to the Rajagopalpet police.

He reportedly brews liquor at his village and sells in and around Siddipet. A case was registered.
