Tatva School wins Subramaniam inter-school football trophy

Hyderabad: Tatva School (Gajularamaram) scored a 4-1 win against St Michael’s School in the under-10 final of the 13th Subramaniam inter-school football tournament organized by Friends Club of Bolarum here on Thursday.
For the winners, Monkish scored a hat-trick and Rudra added one, while for the losers Aadarsh was on target.
Earlier in the semifinals, St Michael’s recorded a 3-0 win against Reqelford School with Aadarsh (2) and Montej (1) scoring for the winners. In the other semifinal, Tatva drubbed Reqelford School A 7-0 with Mokesh (5) and Rudra (2) being the scorers for Tatva.
In the under-12 final, St Michael’s School notched up a 3-1 win against Reqelford School with Jaison netting a brace and Varun striking once for the winners, while Viaan reduced the margin for the losers.
Earlier in the semifinals, Roquefort recorded a 4-1 win against St Joseph’s School with Mokesh (3) and Rudra (1) being the scorers, while Monu struck once for the losers. In the other semifinal, St Michael’s scored an easy 5-1 win against Reqelford B with Varun scoring a hat-trick and Jaison and Prash scoring one goal each. For the losers, Yashwant was the lone scorer.
