Hyderabad: The State Education department has so far processed 1,385 applications for duplicate marksheets for students who had applied after their already issued educational certificates were damaged during the recent floods in Hyderabad.

The State Education department processed and provided duplicate marksheet requests of students free of cost. So far, the Commissioner of School Education, which received 143 applications for duplicate marksheets, have processed all the applications while the Commissioner of Intermediate Education processed and cleared 1,242 duplicate marksheets.

The Special Chief Secretary, Education Department, Chitra Ramachandran has requested left out affected students to apply online for issuance of damaged or lost certificates on their respective department websites.
