Hyderabad: As part of the special Covid vaccination drive in Telangana, the government and private Covid vaccination centres administered over 5 lakh vaccines in a single day on Friday, the health department on Saturday said.
On Friday, a total of 5,02,519 individuals were vaccinated out of which 3,71,169 received the first dose while 1,31,350 were administered with the second dose of Covid vaccine. Overall, since the launch of the vaccine drive, a total of 2,36,16,996 (2.36 crore) persons in Telangana received at least one single dose out of which 1,71,74,566 received the first dose while 64,42,430 persons received the second dose.
