Telangana: 6-year-old girl falls from running train in Peddapalli
Police said it could not be ascertained from which train she fell off.
Peddapalli: A six-year-old girl was seriously injured when she fell off a running train at the 42nd railway gate near Gollapalli hamlet of Raghavapur of Peddapalli mandal on Friday morning.
Police said it could not be ascertained from which train she fell off. Villagers who found the girl with bleeding injuries near the railway track called 108 ambulance service and shifted her to Peddaplli government hospital where she is undergoing treatment.
It is not clear whether the girl fell off the train accidentally or someone pushed her out. The girl, police said, seems to be mentally-challenged. She has not been able to communicate with them because of the serious injuries she suffered in the fall.
