Hyderabad: A total of 84, 960 youngsters between the age group of 15 years and 18 years have received the first dose of Covid vaccine on the second day of the special vaccination drive for adolescents.

On the first day of the vaccination drive for adolescents on Monday, authorities had administered vaccine to 24, 240 youngsters while on Tuesday, the health authorities administered vaccines to a whopping 84, 960 eligible beneficiaries

Overall, there are 18, 41, 000 eligible beneficiaries between the age group of 15 years and 18 years in Telangana out of which 1, 09, 200 have so far received the Covid vaccine.
