Telangana: Attendance in schools slowly improving

On Tuesday, 29 per cent attended the classes out of 14,30,216 students in 18,487 schools across the State, while attendance stood at 25 per cent on Monday.

Hyderabad: Attendance in classes 6 to 8 in the schools across the State is slowly increasing with each passing day. On Tuesday, 29 per cent attended the classes out of 14,30,216 students in 18,487 schools across the State, while attendance stood at 25 per cent on Monday.

Likewise, 67 per cent attendance in the classes 9 to 12 in schools and residential educational institutions under department was recorded on Tuesday. A total of 10,10,361 students were enrolled in 11,747 schools and residential educational across the State and of them 6,72,199 students turned up for classes.
